Hi, I’m Thomas Hattersly, the Work Life Coach.
I help business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals who feel exhausted, frustrated and unfulfilled to create a better working life. I coach them step-by-step through identifying the source of their burnout, envisioning the life they want and creating a holistic plan to get them there. So they feel engaged, energised and successful in work and life again.
I’m a certified Master Life Coach, Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Master Clinical Hypnotherapist. And I’ve worked my way up from a technical apprenticeship, to a member of senior management, and finally a managing director. That means I have the experience, training and passion to help you not just cope but flourish under pressure.
I also know firsthand the risks of prioritising success at work over physical, emotional and mental health. In 2009 I was in an intense period of work and seeing fantastic results; but I worked myself into such a state of stress and anxiety that I developed an autoimmune condition and had to be hospitalised. Only when I became a Work Life Athlete – that is: learned to take a holistic approach to fuelling my performance – was it possible to achieve success, health and happiness.
But I understand it can be a challenge to balance work, life, health, and wealth when you have a busy schedule. That’s why I’ve created an online holistic coaching programme based on the techniques, tools and strategies that I use with my face-to-face clients. You can work through it anytime, anywhere and at your own pace.
